Facebook創辦人Mark Zuckerberg於1日發表公開信，談論Facebook從2012成立以來到現在的變化。
其中一節「Hacker Way」，他談到Facebook是以一種「Hacker Way」的方式經營。他認為，駭客文化就是可以不斷測試、持續前進的精神，就像他常在臉書上常說的「Done is better than perfect（完成更勝於完美）」，提醒自己保持改進的動力。
此外，他也談到駭客文化是很積極、開放的。「Code wins arguments.（編碼勝於爭論）」是在FB辦公室常聽到的一句話，意思就是任何的想法跟做法駭客都會動手實踐，而不是只有停在想法上的爭辯。他認為，FB就是透過這兩種駭客精神，才能夠持續開發出新的技術來改進。
